GRACO เป็นเครื่องพ่นสีที่ให้แรงดันคงที่ ทำงานโดยระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบลมหรือ Airless Spray ทำให้สีพ่นไม่ฟุ้งในขณะทำงาน ช่วยให้งานพ่นสีเสร็จเร็ว ช่วยประหยัดเวลา เครื่องมีความคงทน แข็งแรง

เครื่องพ่นสีระบบลม Airless Spray หรือระบบไม่มีอากาศ ทำงานโดยใช้แรงดันสูงดันสีออกจากหัวทิป หัวฉีดโดยผ่านปืนพ่นสี พ่นออกมาเป็นละออง ความกว้างความหนาตามขนาดของหัวทิป โดยตัวเครื่องพ่นสีดันสีออกมาโดยไม่ใช้ลม และพ่นออกมา ตามแรงดัน (pressure) ที่ได้ตั้งค่าไว้ โดยสามารถพ่น (Spray) ได้ทั้งแนวนอนและแนวดิ่ง ระบบการพ่นแบบแอร์เลส เป็นระบบที่ทำให้ของเหลวแตกตัว เป็นละอองเล็กๆ โดยไม่ใช้แรงดันอากาศ หรือแรงลมอัด

ในระบบแอร์เลส ของเหลวจะถูกปั๊มเข้าไปภายใต้แรงอัดกำลัง สูงผ่านไปยังหัวพ่น ระบบดังกล่าวจะส่งแรงดันอากาศ หรือลมไปยังของเหลวเพื่อสร้างละออง ของเหลวที่เคลื่อนที่ด้วยความเร็วอันเกิดจากแรงอัด จะทำให้เกิดการสเปร์ยละอองมาจากปืนแรงดันกำลังสูงจะผลักดันสีผ่านเข้าไปยังช่องพ่นขนาดเล็ก เมื่อสีกระทบกับอากาศ ก็จะกระจายตัวและแตกออกเป็นฝอย หรือละอองขนาดเล็กซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับงานพ่นสีน้ำหรือสีน้ำมัน สำหรับงานบ้านและงานอาคาร สามารถเลือกใช้กับหัว Tip สูงสุดถึงเบอร์ 0.021 โดยลูกสูบแบบพิสตั้น จะสร้างแรงดันต่อเนื่องที่ 207 บาร์ ทำให้สีแตกตัวเป็นละออง พ่นชิ้นงานได้อย่างดี สามารถพ่นสีได้ในอัตรา 1.8 ลิตร/นาที ใช้งานและทำความสะอาดง่าย

Passive fire protection (PFP) coatings make structures more resistant to fire by insulating structural steel from high temperatures and as a result, buy time for the evacuation before structural collapse.

The Graco XM™ PFP Plural-Component Sprayer offers data reporting technology, so you can confirm that epoxy intumescent coatings are sprayed on-ratio, at requirements set by the manufacturer. Our new Husky 15120 pneumatic double diaphragm pumps have a single piece polypropylene center section for increased reliability and chemical compatibility, plus a patented, high-reliability modular air valve that is online serviceable. Design improvements include the overmolded frame which provides improved reliability and helps to eliminate fluid leakage and an updated diaphragm design that increases flow with flow rates up to 120 gpm (454 lpm) – making it one of the most efficient pumps on the market.
